Under our typical arrangement, we lease the usage of the patent for $5,000 a year or 5% of the gross revenues it generates for you. For the first two years, it's your choice; after that, we choose.
We're especially interested in finding content experts who deeply understand the interpersonal dynamics of their particular field. That means more than just knowing what people are supposed to say in difficult conversations (such as handling nursing home complaints). It means knowing the common mistakes made in the field every day -- and being willing to acknowledge, analyze and correct them.
